"Allure Dental I walk up to the office door 2:41pm. They say that claim to be on lunch until 3 o’clock. Less than five minutes later Hispanic couple walks up and office staff allowed them to walk in office and have a seat. But as for me and another black gentleman, they made us wait in the parking lot within 3 to 5 minutes of us arriving at each other. I told them I do not appreciate their discriminatory practices. Appointment is at 3 PM. However, we still have not been serviced at 3:06 PM. She decided to give us a work packet to fill out when they should’ve been given to us when we walked in the office and checked in. I I corrected them about their racist behavior and discriminatory practices against Black people. I let them know it would not be tolerated and it will be addressed immediately. The office is overcrowded. There are more people in there than it should be. There should be some type of fire code violation about an amount of peoples cram into that lobby area. FIRE HAZARD! This place is poorly managed. This is our last visit!"

"This place sucks. They did a cavity fill on me and I kept telling them I couldn’t eat on that side of my mouth for two years. They fill the cavity - wrong - so they had to redo it. After two years with the same complaint I went to a new dentist. New dentist immediately did a root canal and crown and my problem was solved. I asked allure to refund me the $75 I paid for the cavity fill - they refused. They are rude, incompetent and money hungry."

"Recently brought my son in and he was terrified! Jasmine at the front desk was really sweet and welcoming and kind to him. She let him get extra toys from the treasure box and that helped calm him a lot and ease my anxieties too. The space was very clean and the dentist was quick. Would recommend!"
