"Today was my 1st visit (routine cleaning). The entire staff was professional, friendly, & very efficient. The hygenist was so thorough & patient. She & the Dr. discussed the results of her examination and treatment, as well as the x-rays. Then the Dr. examined me, and explained his findings, offering suggestions for continuing care (as did the hygenist). There was no pressure to 'upsell' me any products or services (which I have experienced with previous practices), for which I was relieved.
