"This is an update from my previous review, see below, of this business a few weeks ago. I can truly say the staff and doctors at TLC really cared about correcting issues and problems that my wife and I had previously encountered. I would like to Thank them for their professionalism and providing excellent dental services. What started out as a great relationship 8 months ago is not so good anymore. They are constantly rescheduling appointments or never calling for the follow-up appointment. We have had to call them inquiring about the next appointment. When we arrive, the front desk staff is very nice, but they are always missing something in the back, which requires another appointment. My wife is confined to a wheelchair so I have to miss work for these phantom or yoyo appointments. They seem like nice people at TLC, but unfortunately, something has changed in the past few months."

"I was real worried about the deep cleaning I needed today. I'm not a fan of dentists. It ALWAYS hurts. Today was a whole new experience. Kristyn, the dental hygienist, was truly the best. I felt zero pain. Not even a little discomfort. I was surprised when she said I was done. I had this awful yellow spot on the top of one of my front teeth. Kristyn made it disappear. I highly recommend TLC to anyone who wants a professional, pain free, and calming experience. Thank you Kristyn!!!"

"I had one of the best experiences at this dentist office, I was suggested to visit this office after having a not so good of experience on another office, they have been so helpful, very friendly, attentive to details which is what I appreciate coming from a customer service career, they explained what I need to get done in baby steps so I wont get lost during the process, took a picture of the front because Dr Sorroza has been really helpful. came here for a root canal and while waiting for the permanent one to get ready I had a temporary one install and a week later it fell off, they right away moved me up to come in and get another temp install. this is the kind of service customers look for and how they build relationships with businesses, strongly recommend this place, this review is as of 7/25/21"
