"never again, when i say these people is most definitely horrible and out to get your money smh! i went to the dentist on 01/17/24 and first thing first, my appointment was for 12:30 pm. i arrived to my appointment on time and was not seen until 2 hours later. after finally being seen, I was informed that my tooth #19 needs to be pulled which i had already knew that and they told me that my insurance did not cover it and my copay would be $800. 2 weeks later, my tooth is in so much pain and i called my insurance company for them to help me find a dentist that does not require a copay (fully covered). And also to go over my benefits to know why did i have to pay out of pocket. i was informed that i do NOT have a copay and that information is FALSE. these people are hungry for money and want extra money knowing the service is already COVERED! i did report them and also did a survey on them and i will also call the corporate office because this is ridiculous. also, it’s been almost 1 year since i had a cleaning (im due for a cleaning every 6 months) and i asked them to give me a cleaning, they told me that i did not need a cleaning which i KNEW I NEEDED ONE. I asked twice, they denied to give me a cleaning twice (VERY LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!) . please be careful with these people, they’re a big SCAM! con artist people smh."

"Don’t waste your time or money here. No bedside manners and dirty office. They have black mold on their ceiling tiles. The dentists/assistants do not practice good hygiene. I saw the dentist pick something off the floor and went right back to working on my daughter’s mouth. One of the assistants pretended not to speak English on our first visit. On my second visit she was fluent in English. She just didn’t want to answer any of my questions. They also rip people off. Spent 2k in one week out of pocket for horrible service. The dentist did not use the desensitizing medicine on my daughter. I was in the room and heard and saw everything. I told front desk I wanted a refund for that part because I paid ahead of time. The dentist said “it was fast don’t worry about adding the medicine” (to the price). The front desk said I already paid and wanted a refund. The dentist changed his mind and said “oh yeah I used it”. Why lie? —- still did not get a refund."

"Broward dental is the worst place to refer anyone. They are robbery and unprofessional. I had the worst experience with them. I was referred by my general dentist to see a periodontist so, I called the office to schedule an appointment as it mentioned periodontist and they take my insurance as well. When I reached I explained everything and gave them my referral, scripted "needed of a periodontist". They said I have to pay $600 for deep cleaning which was divided in 2 payments. I finally did the service, and give me an appointment for teeth maintenance and asked me to pay $95 . This time it was another doctor and I explained to him I saw them for a problem and still have the same symptoms, nothing change after the treatment and he explained to me that I need to see a periodontist, it was something that I was referred from the previous dentist, so that was the reason I saw them, he told me we didn't provide these services. I was so disappointed to know they have never provided this service because they don't have periodontist in the clinic. And they didn't let me know about that. They got my 600 dollars for deep cleaning and now they still kept my 95 dollar which they said would return in 1 week and it's already 3 weeks I still don't get my money and I called to get my money and let me know that I have to wait. So unprofessional and robbery things they are doing. So no difference between someone who freeze and get your purse."

"The best dentist !! I’ve been going to this office for the past two years because they take my insurance along with my children’s insurance and I must say I don’t regret it one bit!! The office may need some work but the staff and doctors are amazing and it is very clean. Doctors are very gentle and they do it all from cleanings to root canals and crowns .. my mother is in process of doing dentures and has been smooth so far so good .. don’t believe the negative reviews until you try them yourselves!! Thanks guys and front desk is beautiful girls"

"Customer service is non existent. Appointment was 11 and am still in the office waiting for the dentist since 11:30, now it’s 12:35. No apology, no thank you for your patience. Just employees walk-in past, having conversations amongst themselves. The visit is for tooth and gum pain and we’re still here in pain. Not to mention this office is not very clean. The equipment is rusty and I’m not sure if it’s safe for them to be working inside peoples mouths. Dr. Iooked in her mouth for 2 seconds and said that an extraction was needed. Did not prescribe any medication for pain. Just checked out, now we have to wait and see what is covered by the insurance. Even though I the eligibility was already done!!! This is saaaddd."
