"Front desk and scheduling is uncomplicated and helpful. Sometimes they have confusion and miscommunication on what needs to be done. I go mostly to the periodontist here and give that service 5 stars. Other services are on par to slightly sub par."

"Took my kids here for a cleaning/ checkup. I asked to come back and sit with them during the exam/ cleaning. I was told “parents wait in the lobby”. My oldest came out and I asked what they did and she said I don’t know. Turns out they did fluoride without asking and added the $48 charge without asking if it was ok. My oldest couldn’t even tell me what her instructions were. Had to demand to come back with my youngest and they didn’t even have somewhere for me to sit. I had to ask someone for a chair to sit in. Overall very poor experience and had no concern for parents being with their kids to make sure of instructions/ safety. Obviously this is common practice since there are no chairs in the rooms for family. Will not be returning here."

"My brother went in for a cleaning but the receptionist said x-rays would be of no cost to him. After taking them they told him the bill was $800 and he was forced to pay. I figured I'd give the place a try because it's in my insurance plan. Had an appointment at 3, waited for an hour without any update from the receptionist, had to go up to her twice for an update. Finally, when the dental assistant came around he said it was going to be a longer wait because the dentist was busy. I asked why would you make an appointment for a patient at 3 if you know the dentist has a long procedure at that time and she said emergencies happen. Do not go to this place, they have no customer service skills or care in the world."

"Corrupt practice. I was told my work was complete. Paid for a crown. Only to find out years later from the next dentist that what I have is a remarkable temporary. Remarkable because they went out of their way to make it look and feel like a crown. That does not seem like quality work. That seems like a shady practice. Anyway, I left the office because my kids were being told they needed excessive work only to find out from the next dentist that was wrong. My daughters unnecessary fillings kept falling out and upon the 3rd or 4th try I started hearing in the grapevine that this is a shady company. Now I call back to ask about this tooth and the manager has an overtly emotional response. Completely unremorseful about my situation and talked over me and then hung up on me. Her entire disposition tells me this is a part of the way they do business. She expects this and is prepared to drive people nuts. I don’t trust her so I will be bringing an officer with me to collect my files."

"Always an amazing experience! Milton is highly knowledgeable and very respectful. Don’t believe every negative review. There are a lot of people who think they know more than the dentist, arrogant people who treat the dentist like it’s Burger King “have it your way,” who want everything for free, who think they are the only patient in the entire practice. I’ve gone to other dental practices in the past, and Sage Dental is miles ahead of everyone else!"
