"All three of my kids have been going here off and on for the past 12 years or so. Because this dentist takes Medicaid they are my only option sometimes. Some years the office staff have been great and some years not so much. My kids have always complained that they are not gentle and any work done has been very painful compared to other dentist we see when we have private insurance. Also, no parents in the back due to HIPPA but that is a false narrative because they talk to you in the open waiting room about your treatment. They just don’t want to deal with parents. They want to rush and get you out…. Can’t do that if a bunch of parents are in the back."

"My oldest son has been going there for 7 years (9) and my youngest (2 years) had his first appointment yesterday. I have never had to wait long for an appointment, the front office staff is always kind and courteous. Dr. Herman is knowledgeable and great with kids. Neither one of my children have had a bad experience, my oldest actually enjoys going to the dentist and asks to go. Thank you for your great service."

"From the first day I visited Children’s Dental Place of Wellington I’ve felt as though my kids have been cared for and treated like family. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding! You are greeted with warm smiles by the front desk team. The entire office was very up-to-date with modern equipment, extremely clean, and it has an adventurous train themed environment (choo-choo!) The dental assistants are top notch! Rachael is fantastic! She is very friendly, professional, and is always gentle when cleaning my childrens teeth. Dr.Lyle is excellent! He’s very informative, knowledgeable, and personable.He also takes time to answer questions and I never feel rushed. Every visit is like visiting friends. Highly recommend! See ya in 6 months!"

"Was running late due to an accident, called and confirmed they would still take children. Receptionist was nice but manager was very rude and dismissive, Explained being 12 min late is past the ten min window. I understand but why couldn’t you explain that before I drive there. When two children arrived late( 5 minutes after me) and were brought right in. Changing dentists for my three children . If it’s a rule for one family it should be your rule for all. Treat all children equal."
