I, as a parent, feel like I was given the opportunity to be an integral part of my child's treatment plan (which included upper and lower expanders with brackets on top) and it's been a very pleasurable process. It really feels like we're going to see friends when we go for appointments because they know us by name, are always super friendly, communicative, and work to create a comfortable environment for the entire family. I often have my younger son along with us for appointments and they're always willing to lend an ear to whatever silly story he wants to share that day. I say all of this after visiting multiple other providers at the beginning of this journey, but my son specifically chose this practice because they made him feel like a valued patient rather than just another mouth to fix."
