"I have to say this was the absolute worst service I have ever received from a dental office. I went in for a routine cleaning today and was in the chair getting cleaned for 35 minutes. They did two bite wing x-rays $79, and I was told this had to be annually. My previous dentist did them ever 3 years. My bill at the end was over $350. I have NEVER paid over $125 for a cleaning and x-rays in my life. They also tried to take an x-ray of a tooth I had some swelling around to look at a "root". The tooth they wanted to look at the root had already had a root canal several months back. They wanted to charge another $49 for that x-ray. I refused after they said they wanted to check on the root. Dr. Berger came in after the cleaning to look at the tooth/gum I had some swelling around. He looked at the tooth ran a piece of floss through the tooth and said it was ok. He refused to look at my bite guard which I use at night for clinching. He said I would need to make another appointment. I got to the front, to check out and they told me he was charging me for an additional dental exam!!! What the heck? They are all about the money and not the patient's care. I am a RN and am appalled by the care/charges today. I absolutely will NOT be returning to this office again."
