"Went in for a root canal and was never prescribed antibiotics after. Got an infection a few days later and was in so much pain and swelling. Had several revisits, had to drain the gums to release pressure. Could not eat and missed 1 week of work. Worst part is I'm traumatized from going to dentist again. To know this could have been avoided if just given antibiotics is crazy! I would not recommend. Happened in 2021 and they still text me for appointments."

"My experience with VIP started out great. I loved it from the day I walked in up until recently. There has been issues with my billing so until it got resolved I was not scheduling any more work to be done. Well it has been almost 9 months now and they still can't get it figured out and are not very good at calling me back to inform me about what's happening. So because of this I will not be scheduling anymore appointments with them. Very sad because I loved the dentist's and other employees but their billing department is horrible. They blame it on my insurance and my insurance blames it on them. It's a back and forth game and I'm just tired of it. VIP said they tried to speak with supervisor at insurance company but "couldn't hear them " so they would try again the next day. It's been over a month now and I have not heard back. Unacceptable to me. Billing department 1 star, dentist's and other employees 5 star's."
