"If I could give negative stars I would. I saw how many people complained about how rude the from desk staff is, and it is SO TRUE. The woman in finance is the worst human being I have ever encountered in customer service. My daughter's dentist even tried to help her figure out the situation, but she was disgustingly rude and snappy. The dentists there have been kind, but I so highly suggest that you go somewhere else. It's not worth it."

"Worst dental offices I have ever dealt with! Made an appointment to get my child's cavity filled and when we showed up was told the doctor did not have time to do it, doctor only had time to examine my child! I'll need to make another appointment. Never had a dental office do that...EVER. This is not the first time they have pulled a bait and switch like this, but it IS the last time for me. Seems to me that they want you to make as many appointments as possible so they can bill more. If I could give them zero stars I would! Needless to say, I'm shopping for new dentist."

"I brought my children to have their first visit and I was permitted to go back with them. The assist was very welcoming and gentle. My 2 year old was able to sit on my lap where he was more comfortable for the cleaning and exam. My 4 year sat in the chair herself and Dr. Mi Mi was patient and spoke calmly to her throughout the visit. It was a great experience for myself and both of my children."

"Referred a family member here, since I had been to a location on Goldenrod, however is unfortunate I was told that recently the front desk ladies acted so inappropriately and were disrespectful. It’s absolutely inappropriate that grown women feel that it’s okay to talk negatively about patients in front of them. The least they could have done was take their conversation to the back or just close their mouths.The Medical staff was perfect and polite, a complete opposite from the treatment of the front desk. The manager needs to retrain the front staff to act more professionally. A patient should feel comfortable and trusting of any medical office, the providers should feel embarrassed that the staff is treating their patients this way."
