"Do not approach this place ever. It is a scam. I went there in May and asked them to clean my teeth - my insurance only covers cleaning once in 6 months - up to 500 dollars. They said they can't clean them until they do an x-ray on my teeth. I told them that I do not wish the x-ray and they insisted saying otherwise they can't do the cleaning. I asked the receptionist and later the dental assistant whether I had to pay for the x-ray and they said NO - I did not have to pay anything but it was necessary for them to determine the type of cleaning. They did the X-ray and told me that the hygienist wasn't available. The hygienist was the only reason I was there and I had made an appointment specifically to see the hygienist. They said I could come back and do another appointment. I said I wanted to get the service done now. I asked again if I was going to be billed for the X-ray since I did not get the cleaning done and even if I did they said they would not charge me for the X-ray. I left. Now I get a bill for $695. They initially charged $809 and the insurance covered $44. I still don't know what I was charged for since I did not need any of the things they did on me. These are dishonest people! Scam. Whatever they tell you do not believe. I will be contacting my insurance and if needed be, a lawyer too."
