"Was a client here for 18 years with my family. Dr. Ashy and hygenists are kind and knowledgeable. Front desk staff changed a few years ago and they are very rude. They do not take note of extra treatments you decline and keep barraging you with emails and after cleanings to schedule appointments for these optional procedures. We were firm, after previously declining several times, and they decided our attitude was such that we should not return. Apparently our decisiveness was seen as dismissive and hurt the feelings of one receptionist who later declined any kind of apology for our unintentional offense. Based on this, I feel the front desk staff is rude, easily offended, and highly manipulative of the situation...and Dr. Ashy doesn't investigate. He simply turns away clients, because frankly, he has so many clients that it's impossible to get a reasonable appointment with him if you become ill or otherwise need to cancel. We moved to another group that is much nicer and more flexible."

"Dr. Ashy and his staff are the best, I am very happy there for several years. They also treated my elderly mother with respect, kindness and patience. The front desk staff is always friendly! Try and request Dental Hygienists Marie-Lena, I had her for the first time and am so impressed of the result of her cleaning my teeth."

"I’ve been going to Dr. Ashy for the last decade, but they severely misstreated my mother, who unfortunately I recommended go there.  Her procedure was on January 11th, and on January 15th they decided to no longer honor Cigna retroactively to December 4th. They refused to install her permanent bridge unless she paid them a significant amount of money. She felt intimidated and helpless and paid them. They knew they were canceling the insurance with Cigna, but didn’t inform her before the procedure. She’s paid thousands of dollars for something that would be mostly covered by insurance. The office manager said Dr. Ashy personally agreed with their approach to this situation. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there. Ever. There are lots of ways to handle things, and they got them all wrong and doubled down on that after chatting with them."

"I have been a patient here for about 12 years, their previous front desk staff was very pleasant. But with the new front desk staff its very hard to make an appointment especially if you have to reschedule. They send you a $50 no show fee, when they themselves asked me to reschedule because I was running late. Will not recommend Elite Dentistry anymore."

"I have been a patient here for 6-7 years.doctor Ashby is great & my hygienist Kathy is amazing. Always very friendly and easy to work with. The front desk staff is a totally different story. For years they had a nice lady that always answered the phone very pleasant. (Strong Spanish accent ) didn’t know her name. Now it’s awful. There’s one that’s the worst. No customer service whatsoever. Always argumentative. Try to reschedule an apt and it becomes a nightmare. Have called 3 times and always get the same unprofessional woma. Sadly to not deal with her I’ll look for a new DR. You should take min and realize that without us calling to book appointments, ask questions regarding insurance etc or you wouldn’t have a job."
