"The dentist, hygienist, and staff I have met were all very nice. Unfortunately, my 1 star comes from the fact that I had an appt for a checkup and cleaning last week, and 2 days before my appt they called to tell me they needed to reschedule my appt due to being down a hygienist. I said sure no problem (thinking it would be bumped out a week or 2). Earliest they could reschedule me was for May! that is 7 months out. That would bring me to over a year without a checkup/cleaning. The lady said they would call if there were cancellations, but who know what number I am on their waitlist. So disappointed."

"The best dentist I've had the pleasure of being treated by. Everyone in the office is very nice. If you're experiencing pain when you call them, they are quick to accommodate you to get you treated as quickly as possible. Dr Austin and Denise are very knowledgeable and kind and also very thorough. I've had a lot of dental issues and they were able to take care of everything for me. If you live in the area, I highly recommend them. I'm moving to a different city and I'm certainly going to miss this office."

"Dr Austin and his team are amazing! They exceeded my expectations. Most recently, my son broke his front tooth and Dr Austin replaced it with a crown. My son broke it again and it left a whole in his smile. We called to find out that the office was closed for the holidays and would not reopen until January 4th. I left a message on their emergency line requesting a return call. I received a call back from Dr Austin within 10 minutes; explained what took place and he said he wanted to see my son the next day, during the time his office was closed!!! We went in for the appointment and he took the time to make a temporary crown until the permanent crown arrived. Wasn’t expecting such amazing service! I highly recommend Dr Austin and his team.
