My appointment was amazing and the staff here is SO thorough with explaining everything which is something I’ve never experienced at a dental office. Claudia my dental hygienist was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and explained to me everything that was going on in my mouth. I’d never received such a thorough cleaning and explanation she was so sweet! I couldn’t have imagined the appointment going any better than it did, everything was perfect. Dr Riano was also very kind and knowledgeable. She made sure to explain to me my options to ensure that I was aware of everything. The lady at the end of the appointment who explained to me my insurance and payment was also so friendly. She made sure I understood everything and even gave me a brochure so that I can plan around orthodontic options. My experience with the practice from the initial phone call to the 1st patient visit is welcoming, friendly, and energetic. The front desk, hygentist, and dentist thoroughly explained the care being provided during the 1st visit (pictures, xrays, cleaning, & preventative care). The staff was informative with providing a dental plan with explanations for follow up, as well as the estimated cost for procedures, which all aligned with previous dentist.
