After 20 years as a customer I would recommend staying as far away as possible BTW - the receptionist does not drive to and from work??? I would recommend that you definitely get treatment from anyone who has real dental hygienist not part time yoga instructor’s or people who live in Clerlmont!"

"The staff were all very kind, but Maxine Moncrieffe is running a scam. When I went in for a cleaning, they took x-rays and told me that I had 16 cavities. I didn't believe it because 6 months before at an appointment with my usual dentist I had no cavities. I went to a different dentist that I trust for a second opinion and she told me that I had 1 very small cavity. I also found out later that Maxine's office never even charged my insurance for the x-ray that they took."

"If you work for OCPS don't even both. Made an appointment, told em they could see me and then I wasn't able to go because they don't accept my plan AFTER they told me they did. Sad that I was recommended here and really need to see someone. Made the appointment 3 weeks out and the day before they do this. Just upsetting. Find someone else to go to."

"Dr. Moncrieffe is very warm, friendly and professional. Any visit to her office leaves you feeling simply amazing. She removed the amalgam from most of my teeth and she did multiples and I experienced no pain afterwards. The best dentist I have had the pleasure of experiencing."

"This office was fantastic. I’ve actually never been to a woman dentist before—not that I’ve ever had an issue, my dentists just happened to be men. Anyway, I say this because what a thorough, comfortable experience! Dr. Moncrieffe was very attentive, gentle and thorough…making sure I was comfortable the whole time. She explained everything to me very clearly and answered all my questions. Her staff was very nice and helpful. I was definitely impressed with the level of care here—I haven’t really experienced that with past dentists!"
