"The name has changed to Winter Park Life Smiles but I've been going here for years. Dr. Ferguson is an excellent dentist and while dental care is expensive, he's very reasonable. He and his entire staff do a fantastic job!"
"Dr Walters and the entire staff are excellent. I went to Dr. Walters for many yeas as well as most of my family. Every experience has been pleasant. We are always treated respectfully. The only reason I no longer go to her is because of insurance issues. My Mother has been with Dr. Walters for at least 25 years and will not change. I would go back to her if her office took my insurance."
"Excellent service. Finally a dentist office that is never overbooked and in a rush. They are extremely personable, patient, and knowledgeable. My kids and I are very satisfied with the entire staff. Now and days it is hard to find this quality of care. This office reminds me of how medical professionals use to be when I was a little girl! My insurance doesn't cover as much with them and I still choose to go to them due to the exceptional service. I highly recommend them."
"BEST dentist ever!!! I have been going there since I had teeth and absolutely love it! You guys are awesome! I would totally recommend it!!!"
"BAD CUSTOMER CARE! My mom went to Linda Walters for years and it seemed like she got pretty good dental care. Then she became incapacitated and couldn't transfer to the dental chair, so I was told that she couldn't be seen anymore. No resources were offered- after years of visiting this dentist, they just dumped us! After calling around, I found a resource that could see her in the chair, so I called Linda Ferguson and explained how we felt above. She said that she was sorry, but she was sure that I understood that it was a safety issue and they couldn't treat patients if they couldn't move into the chair. She left me with the impression that unless I could find someone who could come to our home (there is no one) or find a way to move her from the wheelchair to the dental chair, then we were out of luck. What I learned later... many dentists will treat patients in their own wheelchairs. If the practice didn't care to do so, all they needed to tell me that it was against their policy and suggest that I contact other dentists who might be willing to treat her. Leaving her without dental care and no recommendations could have placed her in a perilous health situation. Don't dentists always warn that poor dental care can lead to other serious health problems? This dentist gets an "F" from us."
