They are so genuine and kind and speak to me like a friend and not just a patient. That made a huge difference for me because I was very nervous, having not been to the dentist in over four years. The work I’ve had done has gone great so far and I’d recommend this office to anyone!"

"I will not be returning and I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. I had an appointment today and the doctor, hygienist, and receptionist Gloria were wonderful and I have no complaint about any interaction with them. One of the receptionists (valentines day nails, small clip with medium/long brown hair with a Harry Potter phone ringtone) was ignoring me, answering personal calls (she was nasty to whoever was on the other line of that call as well), and was not polite or accommodating in any way. I have dental insurance that is accepted and covered. I was just quoted 350 dollars to have a ‘deep clean’ not covered by my insurance based on their diagnosis which has never ever ever been an issue in any prior dental practice I’ve been to and my numbers and x-rays haven’t changed (I have never had a cavity and always told my teeth are great and I need to just floss more often). They were not willing to request or take my medical records from prior dental appointments that support no change in my teeth over the last couple years and were not willing to do a regular cleaning whatsoever. The receptionist kept referring to it as a ‘free cleaning’ when it is actually not free as my insurance company is being charged. It appears to be a money gouging practice. I wasted 2 hours of my life and work to now have to go to another dentist that will clean my teeth which is my only reason for going in the first place. I’m blown away by the complete lack of customer service and understanding. I’ve never been nasty to anyone or stormed out of any place in my life (I’ve worked customer service for years prior to being a social worker with children) but this extremely unpleasant receptionist made me feel that way. I would invest in a new receptionist if I were Sage. The situation could have easily resolved if any one of the people who allegedly diagnosed me with bone loss ever told me I needed a deep cleaning vs a regular cleaning or discussed it at all or just asked for the tech or doctor to speak with me. This literally only came up at check out and no dentist has ever expressed concern about bone loss to me. Please be careful and get second opinions prior to spending money here. I’ll be complaining to the insurance company as well so they can take that into consideration working with this practice going forward."

"Staff is really friendly, unfortunately waiting time take longer than expected as they overbooked appointments, they tend to re-schedule or make you pay for two visits to get more money from the insurance. Based on my experience, they did my x-rays but wanted me to book another appointment for cleaning, which appointment was scheduled to do both the same day (as most dentist do). They charge you for extra services without discussing it with the patient."

"A very clean place. The receptionist named Gloria is awesome. What a beautiful personality. The actual dentist are also great now the assistant manager that was there needs to get some people skills. Maybe she can learn a few things from Gloria. Otherwise I recommend Sage Dentist hundred percent just be ready just in case that assistant manager is at the front desk, no people skills at all other than that it’s a great place for all dental services ."
