"Incompetent employees! We have called 2 months ahead to provide our new dental insurance information ahead of our upcoming 6 month routine appointment. The day before the appointment they claim they cannot verify the insurance. I provide all the details again and copies of the insurance card again. They call us back saying our insurance is a HMO and they’re only in network for PPO. By the way, our insurance is a PPO. So now we’re left stranded at the last minute trying to find a new dentist for our routine dental care, which are normally booked 6 months in advanced so it will take months before we can be seen. Terrible customer service. Please train your employees."

"I am so happy to have found East Lake Family Dental with Dr. Reema and her entire staff. My previous dental office would try to get me to have expensive work I did not need. In talking with friends it seems this has become very common. Practices not only extract teeth they extract all the cash they can. After a super high quote for root canals and crowns (I didn't need!) from my last dentist, Dr Reema and Dr Chris fixed me up with my only problem two cavities that I had! They have a 99 dollar new patient cleaning, xray and exam special and a discount program for uninsured like me. Lastly I took my brother there since I am his guardian. I knew he needed major work. They gave me a low fair rate with his discount card for necessary work on top and bottom teeth. They treated him so so very kindly and fixed all his issues! He is thrilled with them too! Thank you so very much Dr. Reema, Dr. Chris and entire friendly staff. Its very heartening in this day and age to get modern great work in a spotless environment while being treated honestly and with great care and genuine concern. Me and my Brother Steve are Huge Fans!
