"I was happy with all the staff! I had brought the dental plan, I have no insurance…so that I would get a decent discount! To my surprise the cost of work they said I needed done was outrageous! Over $9,000. I have gone to the dentist several times a year always keeping up! The estimate certainly shocked me! Don’t know how much is truly necessary!"

"Worst service ever!! Called me 2 hours before the appointment to tell me they didn't take my insurance, after my wife and I had taken the day off. They insisted they were not in network. After calling my insurance and putting them on the line with Aspen Dental St Cloud, my insurance confirmed that they were in network and Aspen insisted in not seeing us today when we had the appointment. They were just trying to save face and insisted they had to send an email to corporate, when they obviously did not want to see us for whatever reason. I believe the rep at Aspen St. Cloud got upset because I insisted they were in network, and she was corrected by my insurance representative, when we found out the insurance company had no record of them calling to verify my coverage. Why do they do that? You take a day off to go see the dentist, and they simply dismiss you because of their own mistake!!!"
