"The front office staff were a little nonchalant. I wasn’t greeted when I walked to the front desk receptionist area. I never received a confirmation email or phone call (as a new client/customer I had to google where the location was). Once I was called back by the Dental Assistant she made me feel more comfortable & appreciated for my business. The Doctor and Ms Beth were amazing so friendly, reassuring, and professional. As I checked out the receptionist warmed up a little by that time I wasn’t impressed due to my first impression of front desk staff were rude."
