"Normally, I hate anything involving dentistry. But this place and the staff within were amazing. They were extremely patient with me while I got my own stuff in order. The doctor talked me through my options an helped me feel empowered in my decision for my dental care. Everyone spoke with a very caring tone, and everyone did a great job. The most amazing part of it was how quickly and mostly painless the procedure was done. After I sorted out all my nonsense from discussion to gauze it was maybe 15 minutes. This will be my regular oral health provider from now on"

"This practice is horribly! I went in for a crown. All they want to do is upsell services that are not necessary. I spent hours sitting in the chair for a simple temporary crown. I schedule an appointment for the permanent crown, showed up for my appointment and their system was down and they were not seeing patients. I left my name and number for a call back to reschedule and two weeks later NOTHING! I called to schedule and they had no idea what I needed to come in for. They tried to sell me an $800.00 cleaning. When I did get my permanent crown it was not a good experience. There is a gap between the crown and my gums. I had to go to another dentist and have adjustment made. The crown was put over my tooth. They are suppose to build up the tooth and then place the crown. This was not done. While I was there I was addressed as the lady, not as a patient or by my name. While sitting in the chair the two employees decided to talk amongst themselves in spanish. Very unprofessional and rude. They bill your insurance company for entire procedure before all work is complete. They also tried to tell me I need $5000.00 of work on my teeth! I will never return or recommend any family or friends to schedule any appointments with this poorly run practice. I'm pretty sure I'll get the typical response from them, stating to email office manager with concerns. Why bother, it will fall on deaf ears."

"Lydia was my first contact in setting my appointment over the phone. She professionally represented Brightnow. Friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and making sure that I knew that 1st time patients were important too and did not have to wait. Your front desk staff, and technicians were amazing, accommodating and professional. Ray thoroughly cleaned my teeth and was gentle and caring. He was caring, warm, and friendly. The reason I did not give a five star is because the Dr gave me an astronomical sales pitch on what work he thought should be done to eliminate my left jaw popping."

"The worse place ever to get dental service. I called them and they said that they were in the network with my insurance but they did not. They made my wife and pay take a credit of almost plus cash that we paid, 3500 dollars for a bridge they made for me, and my for my wife they made a partial that was not good. My wife can’t wear it because it was not fit. She went back to the dental office, yet my wife can’t use it. As for me, dr. Dayan place the bridge kept hurting me till now. that kept The dental service was extremely poor, and I keep having pain after three months. I took an an appointment to see doctor Dayan. She gave an referral to have root canal done where she placed the bridge. Moreover, they charged me 998 dollars.When I called my insurance, the insurance company told me that they pay them and they continue harassing me to pay money. I quit them and I get a dental service elsewhere. I called the insurance company, they referred me to an other dental office that is in their network. Bright dental now on Sand lake road is crippled. I don’t recommend this place. Don’t go there! If they have good recommendations, maybe it’s they family members who talk well about them. Please, tell your small brand people to stop calling me. Bellow the the partial the made for my wife. Today, I had dental servers from an other provider. Great people, and kid and very professional."

"There is a dental hygienist here by the name of Jorel Palomino. He is the best. Excellent service, kind, caring, honest, professional, wise and intelligent. He listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted and needed. He is very skilled and does a top notch job. Rosa the Office Manager is also an incredible person. She was helpful, caring, wise and intelligent. She knew all the answers to my questions and provided me with excellent advice. She is very knowledgeable and does a fantastic job."
