"Extremely disappointed to find out that this office charged me a $25 no show fee through my insurance, after I called them to advise that I had just contracted Covid over the previous weekend. My appointment was 11/28, and I had just tested positive Sunday night, 11/27. I called their office during normal business hours on 11/28. Their voicemail answered, and advised that they were "closed", and they state in their voicemail message their hours of operation, which again was when I called and left a voice mail. I can understand a policy of a no show or a same day cancellation for other reasons, but I could have gone in there with Covid and infected everyone else and avoided the charge. Instead I chose to do the right thing and let them know I had Covid and I get penalized for it. Unacceptable. If this is not corrected I will be switching dentists."

"Very saddened by my experience today at Dr. Maria's practice today. She was extremely unprofessional and gave medical advice that she is NO WHERE NEAR qualified to give. She is a dentist, not a psychiatrist or dietician, and I think she should realize that. She gave personal advice that was not asked for, and frankly, made me very uncomfortable. She also shared personal experiences about her life that made me uncomfortable as well. I did not feel as if she respected me as a patient, but tried to use me as her personal therapist too. The experience was very strange and upsetting. I would also like to add that the bathroom was dirty and did not have toliet paper."

"I had 3 broken front teeth from a fall. Dr. Maria made extra time to fit me in and saw me the same day. She made temporary crowns that day and within 2 weeks, my permanent crowns are in. Dr. Maria is Awesome- she saved my smile and I am so grateful. Thanks Dr. Maria and Carlos for the fabulous work that you do!"
