I have been calling nonstop to schedule an appt.. whoever picked up the phone one 3/29 @1:02pm is very DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL you immediately placed me on hold and you had me wait 15mins ON HOLD TO HANG UP ON ME!!! I called back immediately and all of a sudden you guys don’t pick up!! I called back 6x that day ALL AT DIFFERENT TIMES NO ANSWER!! Same for today 3/30 been calling no answer!!!!!"

I call to make an appointment and they tell me hold after 1/2 an Hour then they told me that they are not taking 11 years old kids. They receptionist clearly stated that we do accept patients from 6 to 99 old but not 11 years old. What BS this is."
