"I had a teeth cleaning and a tooth pulled. The latter is preparatory to an implant once my mouth heals and the bone is ready. The teeth cleaning and tooth pulling went well with nothing that was unusual. The Dr was gentle and the empty space has been healing well."

"Scheduled an appointment via 800 number. Waited over an hour as a new patient. Ran my insurance got x-rays and 3D scanning. Paid $30 for the oral cancer screening. After all was said and done I did not receive a cleaning and only got a consultation for work needed to be done. When I asked would I receive a cleaning; I was told that will require an appointment."

"I went back in December and choice them as a second opinion for a deep cleaning. Upon arrival I did waited about 30-45 min. When I finally got called in I felt my whole appointment rushed. Very unorganized. And they wanted to charge me over $11,000 for a deep cleaning and I have insurance. I told them to get back with me after verifying with my insurance, this was back in December 2023 and they still have not reached out to me. Bad customer service overall."
