"I have been bringing my Mom here for her partial dentures and her fillings. The staff upfront is on top of giving us treatment plans and helped us with care credit. My Mom really enjoys Dr. Martinez and her clinical staff in the back explains everything to her so she feels confident and comfortable with expressing her needs for adjustments with her partial dentures. She really loves going to the dentist now."

"The worst service one can get! Rude front desk associate. Called ahead of time to let them know about a 10-minute late. As soon as I reached (2min) late, the front desk person was not even polite and responded with a condensing tone that I will have to reschedule my appointment and when asked why, they said I was 2 min late and they took a new appointment! So they are willing to take a whole new patient but not accommodate a patient who is already here. Not only did they lose business for a family of 4, but also future references too. It would have been ok to me if she stated a policy thing, but scheduling a whole new patient in 2 minutes baffles me. I would rather give my business to someone who truly cares for their patients."

"They accommodated me immediately for my tooth. Very welcoming. I have never felt so comfortable with the dentist as I did with Crosswater Liz the dental assistant was awesome. She took good care of me and make sure that I felt comfortable I would recommend them to anyone."
