"Kim at the front desk showed clear signs of racism and demonstrated unprofessionalism. She ignored my greetings, and the only word she said to me was “name?” She provided a document without any communication. In contrast, she treated a white male and female differently, with greetings and instructions. Even when I handed in my signed document, there was no acknowledgment and no communication. It’s as if her mouth is zipped when facing a person who is not white, but her mouth is wide open when the patient is white. After the cleaning was done, I inquired about filing a complaint with the manager or supervisor but was informed there is no manager or supervisor at the Dental Care Institute. I hope the facility addresses both the management issues and the racist behavior exhibited by the front desk staff."
