I called his office to see if they would take me as a transfer and without a doubt they said of course. "Dr. Rice is the best in Jacksonville.I've had braces a few times. Not because he didn't do his job. It was because I wasn't always consistent on my part. He is very nice, professional and so down to earth. He is very professional as well. His staff is AMAZING! I love them all, but Amber is my fav! I will be seeing him soon.
