"Initially things seemed fine, until you try to schedule an appointment or go over the billing. Was given an initial treatment plan with a cost and was told by Taylor that the cost I see would be the cost I pay TOTAL. Fast forward to surgery/post surgery and it was ridiculous having to reschedule due to the incompetence of the staff. Had LANAP done In November, and have yet to see a doctor so that the progress can be checked. When I actually am able to keep an appointment, the only concern seems to be money for services that should already be covered. Also have asked for records due to lack of trust to continue care here. Heed the other reviews!"

"I only post positive reviews until now.-This company and the tactics are disgraceful. There billing will try to charge you for services that your insurance covers and re-phrase the wording so you pay out of pocket. When questioned was told by a Kristina who is extremely condescending literally threatens to send back all payment from ins and charge directly to the patient. This Kristina who refers to herself as a dentist while working in billing and will argue with you about your treatment and call you a liar and that you cannot see your own dentist if you choose to . She should never be in a position to work in customer care in any aspect what so ever."
