"Everyone was friendly ❤️My Mom was their patient and She suffers from dementia. when the Dentist asked My Mom where she was uncomfortable ? My Mom wasn’t making any sense. The Dentist was so Sweet and patient with my Mom and she had everything fixed in less than 10 min. They got us in quickly and they Made Mom their priority with the best professionalism I haven’t Seen in one office in a long time. From the time you walk in till you walk out they treat everyone like they Matter. The Best Part My Mom has been happier and eating with no more issues. Thank You Aspen for taking such good care of us while in your care."

"Beware of Aspen Dental because twice now I have had billing issues with them. The first time they were holding a credit that I had paid in advance and were trying to get me to get services that I didn't need. I had to ask them refund the money back after I had been paying for the credit they were holding for months. It seemed a bit scammish to me but I thought it might be a mistake. Then I scheduled my annual exam and x-rays with them only to find out after I had it done that they no longer take my insurance anymore. They never told me this in advance, and the manger told me that they would waive the fees for the services, here it is a year later and they are billing me for services over a year ago that they told me they would waive for being misled. Why would I get an exam and x-rays and pay for it, when I have the same dental insurance for years. I feel that they don't care about their patients and just look to just take money from people by any means necessary. I will never go back to this place again, and I will warn everyone I know to avoid them as well."

"Dr. Mia was very polite and considerate when giving my consult to get my wisdom teeth removed. The assistant was very patient with me and was very sweet. I had a pleasant experience here, and I am highly satisfied with their pricing options and the friendliness of the staff. I would recommend this place to everyone I can!"

"Everyone was kind and efficient. The initial appointment as a new patient was longer than I expected but the 2 appointments I had later that week for cleaning and fillings were extremely quick. I also took into account that I went on Thanksgiving week so they were probably extra busy before the holiday. Just want to emphasize how great each employee was, from front desk, hygienist, dentist, dental assistants and office managers. Thank you all for the great service!"
