"Update to below..I received a call from Dr. Crews to personally apologize for the way the call was handled the day I called. She understood my situation as a mother and let me know that she did not want me to have that as my first impression. I appreciate her willingness to take time out of her busy day to give me a call and apologize. We will be using your services because I can see that those in charge do care about their potential and present customers. Thank you! I'm not just going to leave a review. I'm going to give a suggestion. When you get a mother calling in to set up an appointment don't tell her to call back when it's quieter. I've tried to reach you guys more than once especially in a quiet time and you were closed. When you called me back I missed the call and it probably wouldn't have been quiet then.You don't know a mother's situation. I'm a business owner who works from home. With five kids, (1 being a newborn and 2 year old) I have to call when I can. I have made or received business calls and apologize for the loudness in the background but was returned with more compassion and understanding than I received from you today. You can ask me to speak up or repeat but do not tell me to call back when it's more convenient for you(when it's quieter). Worst first impression of this company ever."

"OVER CHARGES ON CARD AND HAVEN’T GET A REFUND . Service done and payoff but they still haven’t money back over $200. They keep say check was sent out which PAST TWO MONTHS GOING now all I getting is they need contact they billing department and need make sure confirm with bank we didn’t cash check. When I call this young girl working front desk Rebeca can’t deal with customers right to upset not getting refund from them. When I trying to explain it was wrong first place for them to keep taking money out when pay off all front but her response was do not feeling at me. I was not yell and she keep blocking me when I talking acting like she is only one knows what she talking about. That is very upsetting when young girls seatting front desk doesn’t understand meaning of customer service and she cannot keep blocking when customers is talking. Worst services and worse excuses."

"Wow! I just left Joy Orthodontics for the first time. (I had a permanent retainer snag issue I needed fixed). They had me in and out in 10 minutes, were suuuuper friendly, and even charged me less than what they quoted me since the work wasn’t as extensive. Melinda was the one who worked on me, she was great! I am really impressed and rarely have experiences like this in a medical setting. I would definitely come back if I need any further work."
