"When I arrived at the office (after telephonically receiving driving directions to the office), I was told , rather abruptly, by the person who sits at the front window, "The cost of your new dentures is $3,000 +." I responded, "No, I was told in a previous telephone conversation with the front office that I had to speak with Dr. Nemetz to get the price." Since I had yet to speak with him about the price, the $3,000+ could not be confirmed. Then, the front window person told me that Dr. Nemetz was not there because he had become sick and had gone home and I was asked to reschedule. I refused to reschedule. Here's why: Clearly, the front office was interested only in getting my money from me and not concerned that I would be wasting my time driving to their office."

"I had an emergency situation with a fractured tooth that had attracted a nasty infection. After a referral and learning a root canal was not advisable, Dr. Nemetz got me in within an hour to extract the tooth. He put me on Antibiotics to clear the infection and the staff checked on me periodically. That’s what I call service. Staff and Dr. are all so professional and caring. My thanks to them for getting me through this."
