"I feel like I was pushed into a deep cleaning even though it wasn’t needed. When talking to my hygienist I told her how sensitive I was to pressure and it seemed as though she didn’t care. My kids were seen during my visit as well and they kept telling me the dentist hurt my mouth. My kids have since seen another dentist and have had no issues. Don’t even get me started on their billing department. When you call to get a payoff amount and they tell you… so you go in to pay in cash and next thing you know it’s more than what was quoted. I would not recommend them now or ever."

"The billing customer service is terrible. I simply asked for a copy of my charges so that I can understand what I'm paying for and then make the payment today! They emailed several times and the email asks for name and birthday, I let them know that wasn't working, not today or last week when I first tried (using my info or my husbands or my kids info) and they tried to send again, still didnt work. This was completely on their end as far as not getting access so they said to call in for the details. They didn't verify the info and figure out how to get me logged in at all. So I called per their request and they said I would need to PHYSICALLY come into the office to get the details????? This is not a long list, it's for less than $200. WHAT??? Who makes you come in for a copy of your $200 bill when you're trying to pay them??????????????? This is completely ridiculous!"
