"I cannot over state just how accommodating this office is. I struggle with the sensory input from cleanings. They check on me any time I get spooked, let me wear headphones and sunglasses, use more hand tools than drills. They also will go into detail about /why/ you need to floss or brush a certain way. That way you understand why you're doing what your doing. I greatly appreciate the patience they give their patients."

"I needed an emergency visit and from the door I was treated with kindness. I saw Dr. Daniel Heffes and Claudia for an extraction. They made sure I was comfortable and checked in the entire time. Before the procedure they went through payment which I appreciated. There were no surprise invoices. The establishment was clean and welcoming. Very satisfied with this service so far. "Had to change dentist after many years due to insurance. Close to house,in plan so set up my 1st appointment. Initial appt was able to address concerns I went in with & was able to work in cleaning & comprehensive exam.Need crown work. Office has been amazing. Dr.Heffes is awesome.He explained everything from the 1st meeting all the way thru the 1st step of the crown work."
"At first, I thought I was getting good service,.... until I got some extractions, and told them about my issues. All they wanted is my insurance and cash payments. I had an abscess, and they pulled the teeth anyway.(after several complaints about pieces of my teeth in my gums, the abscess, and the refusal of sufficient antibiotics) Long story short, I ended up getting an aortic valve replacement in my heart and being permanently disabled because of it! I almost died, due to their greed. At first I gave them a good review. But after I went through hell, I have to warn others. AND YES! THE INFECTIOUS DISEASE DOCTOR THAT TREATED ME, CONCLUDED THAT MY HEART PROBLEMS CAME FROM THE PROCEDURES I HAD THERE! JUST DON'T GO THERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO END UP LIKE ME"
