"I really hate to write bad reviews because I know a lot of the staff are great. Let’s talk about the billing department. After switching to Vitalize Dentist which is 1000% best dentist ever not to mention our biller. Having said that after 6 years I am getting bills and it has no break down the number on the bill doesn’t exist so be careful this is a scam. I call the office and absolutely no one gets back to you after numerous calls I finally speak to someone and they so call fix it. New year 2024 I get the same bill again???? who is working in the billing department robots. I am from nyc and the job ethics in some not all facilities would not survive the way they operate business. Any how , I apologize to the good workers. Please fix your billing department. Thank you"

"Did a good job on the cleaning, but the billing department is an absolute scam. Was charged over 400 dollars out of pocket for a procedure I was only supposed to have been charged 175 for. My insurance company did not understand where any of their numbers came from, they did not honor the prices set by their agreed upon contract by insurance. When I went into the office to discuss it, the front desk woman was super rude, rushed me out of there and said that I was charged based on estimates they made and I would have to wait on the claim to come back. My insurance company said this is not true and I should have never been charged that in the first place. They did not even attempt to contact the insurance company and get it figured out. They do not answer phone calls, nor do they return voicemails. Do not go here unless you plan on paying thousands of dollars out of pocket because they do not honor their premade agreements with insurance and will avoid and defer your calls and inquiries at all costs. If you have questions they will rudely rush you through a fake explanation and rush you out of the office as soon as possible. As of now I'm out of a dentist because I will not be coming back here just based on how I was treated when I went into the office to inquire about my bill. Absolute scam."

"Best experience I ever had with a dentist office, the staff is great and the dentist sat and talked with me and gave me options, even though I was nervous and drew a blank to questions she asked me, she was still patient and not rude. Took out a infected crown that was giving me alot of pain. I will definitely be going back for future visits and highly recommend to anyone to try Mandarin Smiles."

"I had to switch to this dentist due to my previous dentist is no longer on my insurance. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, the receptionist, tech, and dentist, they get the stars. My biggest issue was the lack of respect for my time. I had filled out the new patient forms online before my appt. When I arrived, the receptionist was unable to login to the proper portal, so I had to fill them out again. (waste time to do again what I had already done). After waiting for 10 minutes or so (no one else was there waiting and only one other patient was being worked on), I was called back for X-rays. Then I had to wait a while for the dentist (more time). After the exam I was told I had to make another appointment for the cleaning, (more time) and the hygienist is not available after 3pm! (I’m not taking time from work for this). I was there for over an hour for x-rays and 5 minutes with the dentist (too much wasted time). I can’t blame the people that work there, they’re following the business practice. The place needs some updating; old dentist chairs and empty rooms being used for storage, kinda unorganized and unprofessional."

"Went to the dentist for the first time in 7 years. Definitely was nervous and not feeling very confident. First off the staff here is so friendly and good with the work they do. They were very gentle and knowledgeable and also just made me feel comfortable. They laid out a plan for me to get back on track, they explained everything simply so I could understand. It was just all in all a great experience and took my anxiety away completely. Looking forward to going back"
