"THIS COMPANY IS BOGUS they charged me $60 for services that was supposed to be covered by my insurance!! they are stealing peoples money and the office manager is behind it! Please look elsewhere for dental services. My gums were in pain after receiving treatment as well. They did a poor job and will never return. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to not come here. They will say that your insurance is covered but will make you pay and then will pocket the money. One word : RUN!!!!!!"

"Listed as in-network for my insurance, waited 2 months for an appointment only to be told 2 days prior it to that they aren't actually in-network and that "those lists aren't always correct". They had my insurance information from the very beginning and never said anything. Only offered for me to pay completely out of pocket at $295 for the visit."

She was very personable, explained each step in detail and she is very gentle. Dr. Le was awesome as well. His oral exam was thorough as he looked for oral cancer and checked my lymph nodes. Any questions I had he answered and made sure I felt comfortable. The receptionist Emily was very pleasant and accommodating. This office has a calm and relaxing aesthetic. The technology they use makes it easy to get the x-rays completed. No bulky equipment either. I can see why they were voted Best Dentist in Jacksonville. They are!"
