"I will say it is very expensive for some things even with insurance. That being said I feel like that is mostly because of the cost of living now in 2024. Needless to say, the money has been worth it. So far I've had 2 cleanings, 3 root canals, 3 crowns a filling and an exam, multiple X-rays. So far the team has done a remarkable job and are very good at what they do. I still have 3 or 4 root canals and crowns and about 4 fillings and an extra room that is scheduled for the next week but so far the work has been wonderful. The temporary crowns the dentist put in are so realistic you can't tell they are not real teeth. I know they use a mold but he had to take.it in and out to grind it down and make it comfortable to wear and I can barely tell it's even in my mouth. I still have a lot.of work to be done but I am so grateful to these doctors for what they have done so far."

"I had made an appointment for a cleaning, they did x-rays (the woman who did this was very nice and personable). However, when the hygienist came back she was very unprofessional. She had told me that I “need to grow up and that I’m a big girl now” (granted this was my first time ever coming to this clinic, so I don’t see where she got off speaking to me this way). Then she proceeded to make a snide remark about a tattoo I have that simply says Lover. She said “she ought to slap the person who chose this and did this”. I did not receive a cleaning this day, she said she didn’t have time and to schedule for a later date. I came in the next week, received my cleaning by a different woman who was very nice, and then was told I would get a call the following Monday, by the receptionist, for the second half of my cleaning. I have never had a cleaning split in half. I did not receive a call for more than three weeks, I tried to call everyday since I had paid for this service already, however no one would ever call back or answer. I eventually went into schedule my appointment. I received my second cleaning done by another great lady who was kind and explained everything she was doing. Overall, the process just to receive a cleaning took over a month split between three sessions since I did not get it done the first time I had came in. The older woman (the hygienist) was very rude, and for this reason I will be going some where else for my next cleaning. People like that are the reason others have anxiety about seeing the dentist. Everything she said was unnecessary. The saving grace was the other three women who were kind and great."

"Blood on dental instruments from a prior patient. I saw a dentist 5 months prior. Moved to Jacksonville and needed a new dentist. Have had regular dental care my entire life and always have been told my teeth are excellent. They are telling me I need special advanced cleaning for gum disease. Total fraud. Don’t walk, RUN away"
