1 Day Denture

"This company clearly does not care about people like At all. I paid for a partial bottom 3 years ago couldn't use it bc it hurt, took the loss. I had a tooth crack called and made an appt. They call me and say oh we have availability if you can come in today instead. I make arrangements with my boss and someone to cover my team while I left, then canceled my original pto day for the appt. I get there they do an assessment, then tell me that they don't have availability to finish the extraction today and that I'd have to come back the next day. What? Why call me and say you can see me then say you can't do it all in 1 day when you have before?! I couldn't go back to my boss and change everything for a 3rd time. The tooth stopped hurting so i left it as it was.This was in 2022. Fast forward to today, the cracked tooth really needs to be pulled and I now need to 2 more teeth added to my bottom partial. They gave me all these excuses it might be damaged so u might not be able to use them and on and on. Not possible bc I never used them. So after the exam someone comes in and says it's $1000 for a new bottom partial ur ins won't cover another 1. The extractions have $50 deductible. I tell them I cantafford to pay $1000, I just bought a brand new home and my spouse suddenly passed away 30 days later. Why can't u repair the unused one I have? They wanted more money that's why, so they proceed to tell me they can't extract my teeth if I'm not buying the denture. What??? I've been a patient there for 3 years gotten sev services and u won't extract 2 teeth if I can't afford a 2nd set of bottom dentures? 100% clear that they don't care about you it's ALL about the money. I told them I will NEVER go here again. So sad you're that hard up for money that if someone isn't paying thru the nose they don't care about you!!! I saw another dentist the same day who never met me and cared more about me than someone I'd seen for years. He took the now 2 teeth out and said I can deal w the denture or implants when I'm ready. I paid $50 & went home, he will be my new dentist and I won't have to worry about them shoving their agenda on me. He can actually see a patient, care about their health instead of being money hungry crooks!"

"Very unprofessional. They were speaking negatively about me while standing 3 feet behind me while i was laying in the chair waiting because i got my teeth pulled somewhere else and i dont understand why that would matter to anyone. I came to get dentures made. My dentures didnt fit well so i came back for my 1 free refitting and they walked out of the room and came back in less than 3 minutes with absolutely no change to them other than they were a little wet and they told me "ok you're good to go. if you need another refit you can set an appointment and pay." Do not recommend"

"This is the third set of dentures I purchased from them. They do really good work. The people are super nice. If I could change one thing, I wish they were on time for the appointments. I waited almost 2 hours for them to hand me my newest set of dentures, less then 5 minutes in the chair trying them on. My visit yesterday was a little better. I had an 11 am appointment and it was just after 12 before I got to the back. AGAIN THEY DO GREAT WORK."
