"Great first appointment. Helpful staff and dentists. We'll I have to change my review. After 3 months still no dentures and several appointments canceled. No one answers the phone or calls you back. Last Friday my mom had 1 pm appointment she got a call at 11 that the doctor is leaving the practice and left early today. I've called 5 times this week no answer or call back . Not a way to run a business."

"The service while there was wonderful, however I was given a Rx for antibiotics on Wednesday, it was not written correctly for a milligram that is not even manufactured. The pharmacy attempted to contact the office and the number on the script did not match the office I went to and the other office did not have my records. This gets better, the office I went to was closed. I left messages on Thursday and Friday, no return call. Monday no return call. Tuesday I stopped by the office I originally was seen at and a sign on the door said closed now on Tuesday and Wednesdays. This still gets better! I then drove to the office nearer my home, I was told that the only way I could get a new prescription with the correct mg written on it would be to be seen by a new doctor at my expense, meaning I would need to pay for a second exam for a tooth infection. I had just paid for an exam and cleaning now 5 days earlier! This is horrible customer service and an inexcusable series of events. Im still without an antibiotic one week after my visit!"

"I want to say how blessed we are to have Greenberg Dental in Fleming Island. I had a cleaning this morning with Ashlie and she was awesome!! She was very thorough and did an excellent and professional job. She was so pleasant ❣️"

"They got my son in quick and took care of his braces and retainer. The general dentist wasn’t accepting our insurance for months. I was promised I would receive a call once they got it straightened out. I never got that phone call. Just some advice, as a courtesy, your office staff should have kept track of all of those patients affected by this change."
