"This place has ZERO empathy for their patients! My kid had a dental emergency, they NEVER called to give us an emergency appointment, they didn’t even bother to check on the case. After numerous attempts to get a hold of someone, I was treated with zero empathy and like this wasn’t an emergency and they didn’t have an appointment for the same day when I stated my kid busted her front teeth on the floor and can’t eat or drink anything! I had too look for another dentist who ended up being a great human being and I was told that I was going to get the records of my daughter to my email and I still haven’t received them! I wish we didn’t ended up in the hands of this dental office not to mention that the only procedure my kid had previous to this incident was expensive including the coverage of my insurance and my kid didn’t have a good experience and asked me to please not to come back to this dentist. If you care about a dentist to be empathetic, bill you reasonable and be available when you truly have an emergency THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR!"
