"I'm sharing my story because there needs to be a change in how everyone treats each other. Doctors/dentists should be caring and compassionate. My x-rays were blurry for the damaged tooth where you couldn't make a judgment call for any procedure. I was told I needed a root canal for a chipped tooth. The dentist was speaking English to me, but Spanish to the other assistant while in my mouth. There was no explanation of why I needed a root canal, no compassion or care from this female dentist. The lack of emotional empathy, care and professionalism is very concerning. I quickly left this office to obtain a second and third opinion. I just needed a crown. Be careful out there!"

"WARNING: BAIT AND SWITCH = illegal!!! I used to come here all the time when I lived in Miami. The dental hygienist Ivelisse was amazing and the reason why I kept coming. However over time there were many problems. They broke off my upper permanent retainer and even they are orthodontist nobody was able to place it back, they ended up giving me Invisalign that was $500 for 4 refills. However I asked about a new refill it's now $1200. If they did not break my retainer I would not have to deal with this. I should not even be paying in the first place. Being back in Florida I wanted to come see the hygienist again. It had been 4 years so I called and specifically asked for what it would cost me before making an appointment. I got a call back and was told it would be $100 so I went ahead with the appointment. The day off they were great with timing. They first did an exam and told me about a cavity. I personally could not see it so I was already questioning that. Before the cleaning they brought me first to check out. I NOW FIND OUT IT IS NOT $100. It is $100 for their program and after that $95 for the cleaning. This is illegal and called bait and switch. I left and did not longer so the cleaning. After that I did not get one but TWO second opinions that both told me I have no cavities!!! So not only did they lure me in, but we're going to perform something of just under $2000 that was unnecessary. This place is bad news. I should have known with when they destroyed my permanent upper retainer and I'm now left with nothing."

"This place was a little tricky to find, so I took lots of pictures so others can find it. Is one of the few places in Pinecrest that takes Medicare, I got all my dental work done, they even went above and beyond to ask my insurance to cover some other extensive procedures which most of them got approved. They are so kind, they are very friendly. They speak both English and Spanish, and they treat everyone Equally!!! I love my feelings and all my dental work, they use a composite fillings which are kind of white, so they match my teeth perfectly, they really went above and beyond to treat my needs. I was very afraid Of the dentist for several years, I waited a little too long, and had a lot of work that needed to be done. They were very kind and not make me feel ashamed, in fact they help me out knowing that I was still pretty young. I’ll be going back for my third time the first time was an initial visit, where they requested the insurance Permission to do certain procedures, the second one was just fillings, And my third time will be my extractions of my wisdom teeth. They do as much as they can while you’re in the chair without overworking you. They make sure you’re very comfortable and they explain what they’re doing before they ever do it. The technology they have there is very cool and updated. You can do more than just routine care, they have Braces, whitening, and other procedures and things. My appointments were not spread to far apart the far enough that I could let my job know what procedures I was going to get and how much time I needed off. They really work with you. Update: I also got my wisdom teeth removed here. The dentist is amazing- I’m lucky not to feel pain and minimal swelling."
