"I keep getting a $27 bill since my last cleaning in September. It was a charge that the receptionist told me not to worry about because they mistakenly booked my visit a day after my insurance expired (dentist canceled on my original appointment date). Since then, I've received numerous text messages and mailings to pay this $27 bill. I've called the office 4 times and everytime I'm promised a manager will call me back. I'm ready to look for another dentist."

"Terrible service. Had a crown installation on Me, months later I received horrible pain and looked for another dentist to relive my pain. Come to find out the crown install here was done incorrectly. I asked for my money back and been treated rudely for wanting my money back for a service they couldn't perform. "Today, 9/28/23, I went to this office with the goal of having an oral cleaning and the experience was very bad. First, violation of medical ethics: The technician who was performing some x-rays on me interrupted my procedure to assist another assistant, whose behavior showed a lack of training. This forced the technician to neglect me, and without any courtesy, he attended to another patient, leaving me waiting. This situation was repeated twice. Second: Violation of my right as a patient to decide the most convenient procedure and denial of service. The Doctor, after doing her dental evaluations, considered that I needed three crowns and a deep cleaning. I decline some procedures and request only a regular oral cleaning. This caused a change in the Doctor's attitude and without further communication she referred my attention to the hygienist. The hygienist tried to pressure me to do the deep cleaning. Finally, since I did not accept her proposal, they denied me the service of having my regular oral cleaning done. All of the suggested procedures involved enormous costs above what my insurance covers. Abuse: After being in the room, in the middle of the diagnostic procedure, the doctor insisted on verifying my health insurance and interrupted my care and they took me out of the room so that I could go to the from desk to confirm my insurance coverage. Something disrespectful. They were supposed to verify my medical coverage from the moment I called to request the appointment or while I waited in the lobby to be seen."
