"AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! they changed several of my appointments several times then cancelled them altogether and did not tell me. Then they have been charging the wrong insurance the whole time making me pay tons out of pocket and refuse to charge the correct one and give me my money back. The dentist messed up my teeth and now I am in permanent pain there is nothing they can do, that is after a 4 hour visit where she took breaks in between my work for 45 min at a time. It should have taken an hour MAX!!!! Then she didn't want to do xrays because she said her work was good and made me go home over the weekend in pain. I am talking to a lawyer now. BAD DENTIST!!!!!"

"I have had several issues with this office. They can't seem to find good front desk help that is educated enough for dealing with the public and know how to be professional. They say they are going to call insurance for authorization, but don't get around to it, they schedule you an appointment and then change your time without notifying or asking you if it is do-able for you! They also like to find things that your insurance does not cover to say that you need. I have decent dental insurance through Baptist Health Systems and less than barely half of the dental work that they say I need is covered for what the office codes/bills for."

"Avoid Homestead Dental Center of Homestead in the Oasis Plaza!!!!! We had a 3 pm appt. I pulled my kids out of school early and we arrived at 2:40. After seeing people go back that arrived after me, I finally asked where we were in the list at 4:10.. After watching her fumble around for our paperwork and point to the screen and converse with a coworker I was told our appt was at 4:30. I replied that no, I absolutely made a 3:00 appt and pulled my kids out of school. She then told me they tried to call because it was moved but my voicemail was full. Which is a lie. Furthermore, when I signed in at 2:40 and wrote 3:00 for appt time, wasn't that a red flag to say hey, your appt was moved to 4:30 rather than have us sit in a waiting room for nearly 2 hours. The worst part being no apology or accommodation, rather just arguing with me about the time when I can clearly see you have no idea where my paperwork is or what is going on. We are now home, and never were seen. TERRIBLE customer service! A wasted afternoon and a wasted early release for my kids at school. Trust me, go somewhere else. Your time is more valuable than spending 2 hours in a dirty, overcrowded waiting room."
