"7:15 Arlene S Good evening... I had a dental cleaning today with Misledys, and I wanted to share how calm and relax she made feel, I have a Lot of sensitivity on my teeth and I experienced no pain at all, I am very happy I was able to do my cleaning procedure today and everything went perfect, also I wanted to share that this dental clinic is very customer service oriented everyone there is so nice and polite. Thank you for everything. Arlene Santamaria."
"I have been his patient since 2018 and have nothing but great reviews for the entire organization. Top notch support staff, excellent doctor and clean, crisp modern office with pleasant music always playing. He makes you feel as part of the family, instantly! Most importantly, his patient is his top priority."
"This was my first time here, but I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The entire staff was kind and professional. Dr. Rodriguez very much cares about the health and well-being of each patient. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a new dentist."
"per 2019, Found this place through my insurance to get a cleaning and check up. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. Upon meeting the dentist, he also appeared polite. However, after a check up he gave me a thorough explanation on the importance of oral care. I spent a long time in this lecture which I think was unnecessary. I arrived at 12:50 and it was 2:00 and no one had cleaned my teeth yet. I didn't have any new cavities and it seemed like they were REACHING for reasons to bill me/my insurance. Luckily I had called my insurance prior to the appointment and they explained what they covered because an employee came in charging me $250 for the "special cleaning" instead of the $5 co pay my insurance told me. They also recommended $1800 worth of "re-doing" fillings I had done about 3 years ago. It all seemed odd. I explained I wanted just the regular cleaning but they told me they could not do that. I finally just agreed to the "special cleaning" and paid the $250 but requested the billing codes they were using on paper. I guess they got the hint that I would double check their billing because after I left they called me to inform me the "MADE A MISTAKE" and owed me a refund of $120.... So basically if I hadn't been such a pain, I would've over paid $120. They stated they had an "old paper" from my insurance and that I was supposed to pay less. I was then later emailed from the dentist's office that "after careful reconsideration" they referred me to someone else for the work they had recommended. I think this was just a way to keep me from reporting them for fraud honestly. Pretty shady if you ask me."
"I give this place 2 stars because it was clean and organized and the doctor was a friendly guy. Now the reason I can’t give this place 5 stars is because the staff is very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Like most people going to the dentist is not a place of choice people don’t really like someone all in there mouth. So as I started my exams they took X-rays and already the person that assist me was being very loud telling people look at this person results it has this and that and extra thing that to my believe made me feel very uncomfortable I think my results should be private. Then as most insurances you get a annual basic cleaning and a exam well to them I need an a different type of cleaning but my insurance has a waiting period for it. Which is find at least give me the basic cleaning which my insurance covered. Nope not this place they didn’t want to give me a basic cleaning and instead of telling me the price I would need to pay out of pocket they just told me to go to the front desk and was given another appointment until my insurance approved the cost which I don’t understand I could have paid out of pocket. Really wasted my time coming here. For example Is like going to a car wash and they tell you your car is dirty so just because I don’t get your extreme cleaning they recommend I can’t give you a basic wash like what type of business is this."
