"I been taking my child there for the past year and 1/2. The second time I came I left 1 hour after waiting. The first time I waited 2 hours before I was called. The third time even worst! Not enough seating inside. They overbook, have people waiting for 2 and more hours no matter what time you're appointment is for . Ridiculous!"

"I have being with this center for about 4 years. I was never really satisfied with the way they operate but I figured, hey if I go somewhere else it will probably be the same. Lately its being getting worse with scheduling an appointment. I had an appointment for October but I was contacted a couple of days before to be notified I needed to be rescheduled. They rescheduled me for November 22 at 8:30 in the morning. They called me a couple of days before and advised I needed to be rescheduled because the tech who does the teeth cleaning did not work that day. They scheduled me for December 10 in the morning. They just called me and advised that my appointment was for 3:30 p.m. I said I requested mornings, as early as possible. I asked give me next morning appointment you have available, her answer, It will be some time next year!!!! Thanks!! I had it. If they don't need the customers I don't need them!!! I just send an e-mail to Towncare Dental Associates of Homestead, they can't be worse!!! I'll advise!"

"These people thieves. Don't even try out this office. I had dental insurance and asked if they were on my plan. Renee the office manager said yes. They lied to get the business and where not in my insurance network. Beware!!!! I Had to pay an additional $700.00 over what my insurance was to cover."

"This Office intentionally overcharged me several times. They waited till I figured it out on my own and asked for a refund. They have told me several times that the refund will be sent in "a couple days" but it has been more than 2 months. They charged me 535 dollars when I should have only paid 115."

"Very poor customer service. One of the managers was very rude to me on the phone at 5:00 PM and didn't have the courtesy of looking properly for my son's insurance information (like she couldn't have called earlier, and then wanted to cancel my son's appointment). Thankfully I was able to pass by there office in homestead and a nice front desk secretary was able to help. The dental hygienist that saw my son was very good as well but Dr. Cortes the pediatrician dentist, needs to find a dictionary in Spanish and look for the definition of his last name. Because he is not courteous and needs to work on his professional and social skills. He barely saw my son's teeth and wasn't able to even give me advise or a an insight of my son's oral health. They need more people like the dental hygienist and the nice front desk secretary in that place."
