"Rescheduled, my appointment today for 10:00 a.m. so I can spend the day after Thanksgiving with my family. Went all the way to the office from South Naples arrived there at 9:45 and no one was in the office! What a waste of time! If you're not going to have appointments the day after Thanksgiving or you don't want the office to be open the day after Thanksgiving don't schedule those appointments! I could have worked and made double time if I didn't have that appointment or I could have spent the rest of the time with my family! I am very upset and I feel I should be discounted for my next visit! A call should have been made to tell us that you were not opening. At least 4 or 5 of the people came through and the office and was locked out with no one around. This is a horrible way to do business especially during the holiday times I've wasted gas going there as well!"
