"Just received a bill for service with no date of service no explanation of benefits. When called the office they could not give me any information and that all information came from “corporate”. The office manager would not give me a phone number for the billing office and deferred me to call the insurance compnay. Felt that with limited information I was being scammed for a $70 balance. Amazingly when I did call the insurance company, and was on a three way call town care dental had all the information to resolve this. However when I was on the phone the office manager was curt and I could not get word in edgewise. I felt that if THEY SENT A BILL for payment it should include Date of Service, what insurance paid with proper ADA codes. Decided to move on to another dental office due to billing inefficiencies"

"The staff was efficient and friendly. They got me in to pull a tooth very quickly. Dr. Sidhwa was very through. He pulled the tooth before I even knew it was gone. No pain at all. On my third day after extraction and still no pain or any other problems what so ever. Since my last Dentist retired they will be my new dentist. I would highly recommend Towncare Dental of Naples."
