"I was scheduled for x-rays which are required before even scheduling a cleaning appointment. They called me several days in advance to get my dental insurance PPO member ID which I provided. They are in network for my provider which cover 100% of any preventative care. They called me day of to come in early which I said I could. When I arrived I asked what my cost would be and they said $89, which they quoted for x-rays. I asked what a cleaning would cost they quoted $129 which is $40+ for fluoride which again, in network and my insurance covers 100%. I requested they check with my insurance again which the front office staff was happy to do, however it took them 30 mins to verify my plan and coverage for them to then tell me well it's going to be $89 because they need to do panoramic x-rays which is not covered by insurance as preventative care, they said Dr. needs panoramic or cant do cleaning. Very fishy initial $89 where my insurance was not processed correctly then somehow still $89 after contacting my insurance. Cannot reccomend, it seems all they're trying to do is get someone to pay more for what is already covered by insurance. Stay away!"
