"We LOVE this dental practice. HOWEVER, I just have an issue with them not faxing prescriptions, and then giving you a printed version on "tamperable paper" which just means the pharmacy won't accept it for insurance, causing you to pay full cash price. They were adamant about him starting the prescription today, and weren't available to confirm. Hopefully they start using "non-tamperable" paper for prescriptions or start faxing. The dental care itself is top-notch."

"Dr Lee really made my daughter’s (7) first experience needing dental work (filling and an extraction) so smooth and painless. I was allowed to sit in the room with her and Dr Lee talked to my daughter through the whole procedure, distracting her and making her feel positive about things. The way she treated my daughter alone was worth 5 stars."

"I had to have an extraction done by Dr Brownstein and I also had a deep clean by Louis, I can’t speak highly enough of both, Dr kept me calm and played some Sinatra while doing the procedure, and was very thorough and even gave me her cell number when I left if I had any questions or issues. Louis was brilliant too, he knew I wasn’t fond of needles and also made me feel at ease and is super friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them both. The reason the four stars was given was for Felicia at the Lakewood location who I spoke to about my appointment who was exceptionally rude."

"I honestly don't understand how there is so many 5 stars on your business. They must be paid. I've only been here twice with my children and this will be the last. Both times I've waited over an hour after my appointment time and I always arrive 10 minutes early. For some reason I had to fill out new patients paperwork even though we were just here 6 months ago. The place is always dirty, dusty, and smells like a dirty diaper inside. Thankfully my youngest is old enough to be seen at my dental office ."

"I went to Dr. Rouge and he messed up my dentures, put liner in my upper and lower denture. He crammed them in my mouth knowing there was like 3 inches of gum that needed to be trimmed off. He's always in a hurry. Ifinally went to a dentist in MI that gave me new liners and they fit perfect. I'll never go back to hi.!!"
