"DO NOT COME HERE. I wish I would have read these reviews before stepping in that office. My first appt I was told I had cavities and would need to come back for fillings. I also had a small chip on a tooth I asked if they could fill. Dr. Jimenez said they would fill it that day then left and a hygienist came in to clean my teeth and never filled the chip. I came back for the fillings. Dr. numbs me and drills my teeth. Hygienist comes back in and fills teeth very quickly and fills the chip very quickly. Within 10 minutes of getting home the filling on the chip had come off. Then once the numbing wore off, I realized they hadn’t even filled one of my teeth so I just had a super sensitive, gaping hole in my tooth and up by my gum line! I had to call and schedule another visit to correct this. They filled the chip again and it’s been okay but I still feel places on my teeth that are not all the way filled or were not filled correctly and now it’s super sensitive and painful when I’m eating or drinking something. My teeth just do not feel the same at all. I’m frustrated."

"Dr Jimenez was wonderful!!! He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, prompt and professional!! My daughter is usually terrified of the dentist office but he explained everything during procedure and was careful and patient! The staff absolutely top notch!! The gentleman that completed the filling was also extremely knowledgeable, kind, couteous and super careful. Also front desk greeted each time, super nice, overall service very very quick and painless!! Would give 10 stars if I could! God bless you and thank you for your great care!!"

"They are absolutely HORRIBLE! I went there to get my teeth pulled to get dentures. I have arthritis and SAVERE anxiety, panic disorder, and ptsd, all of this makes my whole body is very sensitive to the touch and he didn’t care about that at all. When he started putting the 1st round of local anesthesia it BURNED like I’ve never felt that bad of burning, and he basically brushed it off. Well about 5 minutes later he put a 2nd round of it in my teeth and it STUNG like a b!+ch and i started to cry and i yelled owwwww a couple of times, after that he had to put in a 3rd round bc my teeth don’t get numb unless i have a bigger dose then most ppl. Well after that i told him i can still feel certain teeth on my back molars on the top and bottom of both sides and he basically told me “oh your fine I’ve already given you 3 rounds” after about 10/15ish minutes he comes in to actually start on my teeth but before he does he says in a VERY rude way “If you make ANY type of scream or sound I’ll be done and I WILL stop half way through and not see you anymore bc I don’t tolerate sounds in my office. And if you move your mouth or head slightly I will also stop for that too.” I started having a severe panic attack after he said that but didn’t want to say anything so I was just crying the whole time, well I have one unique tooth in the roof of my mouth which I call my shark tooth, I told him not to mess with it bc I absolutely love it and it doesn’t both me at all, well next thing I know he took that tooth out which made me freak out even worse bc of how attached to it I was, and I made a VERY small scream. Well he got up (p!seed off) and when he finally came back he told me that he has a refurral to another dentist bc I made a sound. On top of that they didn’t even stitch it up and I didn’t stop bleeding until 5-6 hours later. But I was in so much pain that I ended up going to the hospital and everyone there was so pissed and kept on coming in my room to make sure I was ok, but the hospital had to give me a VERY high dosage of a narcotic bc of how badly the pain was that HE left me to deal with in my own. He got the top right side out and a random tooth on my top left side plus my “shark” tooth"

"I see all these bad reviews. I don't get it. I just had a three front tooth bridge installed. I suffered a front tooth dental emergency. They took me in immediately, worked with me on payments and did everything wonderfully. I'm 100% satisfied."

"Dr. Jimenez and his lovely staff have been nothing but kind, courteous and prompt regarding any dental services I have had. They worked with me when my insurance did not cover some services. They also went above and beyond to mage sure my teeth were cleaned and filled properly. I would absolutely recommend them as I will not (nor my family and recommend friends) be going anywhere else for dental services. So happy to have him as my dentist. And I absolutely love love love him and all of his assisting staff."
