"I have been using this office for over one year and was happy with the quality of service. One day, the normal dentist is gone and two new ones are there. The new dentists both recommended $6000 of crowns and fillings, including replacing crowns that were barely 18 months old. This is after the previous dentist expressed no concerns a few months earlier. Naturally, I went and got a second opinion, telling them nothing about what Imperial Lakes Dental Care said. The second opinion dentist recommended zero work. That's right....Nothing. All my crowns and fillings were fine. Wow. They certainly lost my trust. I cannot do business with someone I don't trust."

"Had an appointment for multiple extractions. Never sent me medication to take before the procedure. Red flag #1. Flag 2. Told me that I wasn't being put under during extractions. Should have said hell, no at that point. But, whatever. 10 minutes later, office lady comes in and says my changes in my insurance plan created a change in pricing to over $5,000. Said I ain't paying that EVER. Walked out, calked my insurance provider, who said there was zero change in coverage, and my bill for the day should have been under $2,000 out of pocket. This office is a scam. Do NOT use them. Absolutely horrible"

"Absolutely unprofessional. Went for dental work. Took sick day from work. Was told total price for ALL work. Went in, got prepared for the work. Was told that today's charge will be 4 TiMES what I was initially quoted. Said it was change in insurance policy. Spoke to provider. Exactly the same policy I been had, no changes whatsoever"

I had a lot of work done, I’m still in the healing process but all in all I’ve had a very good experience. This Team is Incredible. I drive a pretty good distance to the Clinic. And I’ve been probably 6 times so that being said, I think that says it all."
